Explain what this project is trying to achieve.

Link the current decision record. Keep its facts in that record.

Link the live task board or local task record. Identify its editable owner.

Link useful meetings, decisions, and reports. This list may be incomplete. Search the relevant folders when it does not answer a question.

Name missing sources, conflicting records, or choices that still need approval.
